旁观者 （Band of Outsiders） 是由前好莱坞知名经纪人斯科特·斯顿伯格 （Scott Sternberg） 于2004年创立，有着精致的美式风格，以做瘦裁牛津衬衫起家并在日本有广大的支持者。

　　而旁观者 （Band of Outsiders） 品牌设计师斯科特·斯顿伯格 （Scott Sternberg） 也获2008美国时装设计师协会 （CFDA） 年度新晋女装设计师奖。旁观者 （Band of Outsiders） 在2008年与菲利林3.1 （3.1 Phillip Lim）、Philip Crangi一起受邀为盖普 （Gap） 分别设计平价衣衣及配饰系列。2014年，斯科特·斯顿伯格 （Scott Sternberg） 宣布取消旁观者 （Band of Outsiders） 春季预览活动，不再参与9月初的纽约时装周。
